How I work
I’m sensitive to the realities of motherhood.
I know you don't have endless time or energy, and that the last thing you need is another thing on your list.
Our sessions are designed to feel worth having,
not draining.
There will be no judgement, no pressure,
and no performance required.
Come as you are.
What coaching with me looks like
A space that’s entirely yours
In a world that asks you to give constantly, a coaching session is something rare: an hour that is only about you.
My coaching is calm, honest, and practical.
We slow down together. We untangle what's actually going on beneath the surface. We get clear on what matters most to you right now, not in theory, but in the real, complicated, beautiful life you're actually living.
Sessions are held online as video calls, and you can show up as you are - pyjamas, mum-bun all welcome here.
What we work on
The themes at the heart of this coaching
Every woman I work with is different, and our sessions are led by what you bring. But the themes that come up often are:
✦ Rediscovering your identity alongside the role of mother
✦ Rebuilding confidence and self-trust
✦ Quietening the inner critic and finding a more compassionate internal voice
✦ Understanding and naming your experience of matrescence
✦ The mental load, the default parent dynamic, and what you actually need
✦ Aligning your daily life with what genuinely matters to you
✦ Small, sustainable habit changes that create lasting shift
✦ Returning to work after maternity leave with clarity and confidence
Is this for you?
This is for you if…
✦ You feel like you've lost the thread back to yourself, and you're ready to find it again.
✦ You love your children and also feel something important in you has gone quiet.
✦ You're tired of the guilt, the constant self-doubt, the voice that tells
you you're never doing it right.
✦ You want to feel like yourself again, within motherhood.
✦ You’re ready to be listened to, to think clearly, and to start moving forward.
A confidential thinking space that is entirely yours.
Unlike therapy, we're not looking backwards, and unlike mentoring, I won't be telling you what to do or handing you a list of answers.
You bring what's going on in your life right now, and I bring the questions worth asking.
Someone once told me that as a coach, we hold the torch, we don't show you the way. I love that.
Because the answers are already in you. I'm here to help you find them, and to walk beside you every step of the way.
What is coaching?
How it works
The practicalities
We begin with a free 30-minute Clarity Call, there is no obligation here and no pressure to commit.
It's a chance for us both to talk through what you're looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.
From there, coaching packages are tailored to you.
Coaching packages
1:1 coaching - single session
£85.00
One hour, online, via video call. A dedicated space entirely for you, to think clearly, untangle what's going on, and leave with more clarity than you arrived with.
Single sessions are available if you'd like to dip a toe in, or if your schedule needs flexibility.
1:1 coaching - block of 6 sessions
£425.00 (one session free)
A block of six gives you enough space to do real, sustained work. You'll start to notice a genuine shift: in how you talk to yourself, in the things you're willing to claim, in how you feel on an ordinary day.
Sessions are held fortnightly, or monthly, whichever rhythm suits your life.
Walk & talk - an alternative way to work
Available as an add-on to either package
Sometimes the best thinking happens when you're moving.
Walk & Talk sessions take place outside - a walk together locally, with half our time moving and talking,
and half sitting down to write out your thoughts, reflections and next steps.
If home feels full of distractions, or you simply don't have the privacy to speak freely,
this is a genuinely useful alternative. Fresh air and forward motion have a way of loosening things up.
Same investment as a standard session, just a different setting.
✦ Available in the SW London area
✦ One hour: approx. 30 minutes walking and talking, 30 minutes sitting to reflect and plan
✦ Just bring yourself, and a notebook and pen so you can write things down
FAQ’s
-
Coaching is a forward-focused thinking partnership. We're not looking backwards to diagnose or unpick the past, we're working from exactly where you are now toward where you want to be. Therapy is more appropriate if you're dealing with trauma or mental health concerns. If you're unsure which you need, I'm happy to talk it through.
-
Yes. I work with mothers, so I understand that time is your most precious resource. Sessions are held online. We keep things practical and focused. My aim is always for you to leave a session feeling clearer and lighter, not like you've added another thing to your list.
-
No. Many women come to me knowing something is off, but not yet knowing what they want. That's a perfectly good place to begin. We'll find clarity together.
-
That's what the Clarity Call is for, so we can both make sure this is the right fit before we begin. I'd rather you find the right support for you, even if that isn't me.
Kind words…
"Faye skilfully guided me through difficult aspects of my life and helped me find my own direction and solutions. Her gentle yet assertive approach, patience, and understanding made me feel truly listened to and supported. Thanks to her unique strategies, I achieved goals that once felt out of reach and experienced real personal growth."
— Martina— Ana"Faye helped me gain clarity on my goals, develop self-awareness, and reframe beliefs that were holding me back. Through our sessions, I rediscovered my confidence and returned to work after maternity leave ready to make an impact and stay true to my values."
“Faye has a really pragmatic approach. The biggest insight for me was recognising that motherhood is both a shared and unique experience. Once I saw that, I could drop my shoulders and do it my own way, minus the guilt. Now I have non-negotiable me time and activities, and I'm not over-explaining it to anyone. That's made all the difference."
